Welcome to Peru Awakening:
Movement, Ancestral Wisdom & Living Energy of the Andes
An Elevated Retreat for Inner Transformation
Peru Awakening 8 Days / 7 Nights
23 Oct 2026 - 30 Oct 2026
A Journey into the Living Andes
There are places on Earth that don’t just exist… they respond.
The Andes are one of them.
If you’ve been feeling the pull toward something more… this may be why. High in the Peruvian Andes, there are landscapes that seem to breathe.
Mountains rise like guardians of ancient memory, rivers carve pathways through sacred valleys, and traditions that have existed for centuries remain woven into daily life. Here, the Earth is not viewed as separate from us—it is experienced as a living presence.
Peru Awakening is a curated journey designed to reconnect you—with the land, and with yourself.
Over eight days, we travel through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the legendary citadel of Machu Picchu, the historic city of Cusco, and the vast waters of Lake Titicaca. Each destination offers its own distinct energy—mountain, stone, water, and sky—creating a powerful landscape for reflection, renewal, and transformation.
Rather than rushing through these places, this journey invites you to slow down, feel deeply, and move in rhythm with the land.
Through conscious movement, moments of stillness, sacred site exploration, and meaningful cultural encounters with ancient Andean traditions, participants are guided into a deeper awareness of both the outer landscape and the inner call to self. Creating an environment where nature is not simply observed, but deeply felt.
With that inner tranquil stillness, the journey unfolds beyond the surface—becoming both an exploration of place and a quiet return inward.
The Andes have long been recognized as a place of powerful energetic alignment. Many travelers come here seeking inspiration or clarity—but what they often discover is something deeper: a renewed connection to their own life force.
This is not simply a trip.
It is a journey of remembrance for the Soul.
This Journey Is For You If…
• You feel a pull toward something deeper, even if you can’t explain it
• You’re ready to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself
• You crave meaningful experiences, not just travel
• You are open, self-aware, and willing to be present
• You want to feel something real again
Journey Overview
A immersion through Peru’s most iconic and culturally significant regions, thoughtfully designed to balance exploration with space for presence.
Sacred Valley
Your arrival into the Andes begins here. Surrounded by expansive landscapes and traditional communities, this region offers a natural transition into a slower rhythm. It is a place to settle, ground, and begin connecting with both the land and its living culture.
Machu Picchu
Experienced with intention and care, this visit allows time to engage with one of the world’s most remarkable sites beyond the surface. Rather than rushing, the focus is on quiet exploration, observation, and a deeper appreciation of its historical and environmental significance.
Cusco
Once the capital of the Inca Empire, Cusco provides a rich blend of history and contemporary Andean life. Here, there is space to explore, reflect, and integrate—connecting the experiences of the journey within a vibrant cultural setting.
Lake Titicaca
The journey concludes at the highest navigable lake in the world. Its vast openness and stillness create an environment for reflection and perspective, offering a calm and expansive close to the experience.

The Energy4Life Global™ Experience
What makes this different from a traditional retreat
This experience is designed to go beyond exploration.
While the journey includes extraordinary destinations and seamless travel, what defines it is the way each moment is held—with intention, structure, and space for integration.
Energy4Life Global™ guides the experiential dimension of the retreat, creating a supportive framework that allows participants to fully absorb both the external and internal aspects of the journey.
Each day incorporates:
Gentle movement and grounding practices
Breathwork or meditation to support presence
Nervous system regulation and integration
Space for reflection, journaling, and quiet time
These elements are not separate from the travel experience—they are woven into it.
Cultural encounters and visits to significant sites are approached with respect and awareness, allowing for a more meaningful connection to place and tradition.
The result is a balanced rhythm between movement and stillness, exploration and reflection.
Rather than simply visiting Peru, participants experience it in a more intentional and integrated way—creating space not just for memorable moments, but for lasting perspective.
Meet Your Host
Rev. Jessica Gadzia
Rev. Jessica Gadzia is the founder and CEO of Energy4Life Global™, a transformational practice devoted to helping individuals reconnect with their innate life force and return to the path that is most authentically theirs.
For more than a decade, Jessica has worked with clients through a unique synergy of energy-based and somatic practices designed to support clarity, alignment, and deep personal transformation. Her work draws from training in Quantum Field Work, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, multiple Reiki lineages, Eden Energy Medicine, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and reflexology, as well as her years of experience as a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and ordained minister.
Rather than applying a single method, Jessica intuitively weaves these modalities together to create a personalized experience that supports each individual’s natural process of growth and awakening.
Through Energy4Life Global™, Jessica holds spaces that encourage people to reconnect with their own inner intelligence, restore balance within the nervous system, and step into their highest potential.
The Peru Awaking journey is an extension of that work.
Jessica believes that certain places on Earth carry a profound energetic presence—and the Andes are one of those places. By combining sacred landscapes, intentional movement, cultural connection, and moments of stillness, she creates an environment where participants can step away from the noise of daily life, come into remembrance and reconnect with their deeper sense of purpose.
Her role on this journey is not to lead people toward a predetermined outcome, but to hold a supportive container where transformation can unfold naturally—guided by the wisdom of the land, the rhythm of the body, and the insights that arise along the way.

AIRLINES: LATAM Airlines and Delta Air Lines are partner carriers on this route. We recommend booking with LATAM whenever possible, as they operate more frequent domestic connections within Peru and generally provide faster and more flexible solutions in the event of schedule changes or rebooking needs.
ARRIVAL ROUTING
If departing from the Northeast United States, we recommend flying from New York – John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Cusco – Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ) with a connection in Lima – Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM).
Most flights from the United States depart in the evening and arrive in Lima early in the morning, followed by a connecting flight to Cusco.
Ideally, please select an itinerary arriving in Cusco before 11:00 AM to ensure smooth ground operations and transfers.
Suggested Flight Example : New York (JFK) to Cusco (CUZ) with one stop in Lima (LIM).
Flight 1
New York (JFK) → Lima (LIM)Departure: 23:59 – New York (JFK)
Arrival: 06:55 – Lima (LIM)
Flight: LA2469 – LATAM Airlines
Flight duration: 7h 56m
Connection in Lima: 2h 15m
Flight 2
Lima (LIM) → Cusco (CUZ)• Departure: 09:10
• Arrival: 10:35 – Cusco (CUZ)
• Flight duration: 1h 25mTotal estimated travel time: approximately 11 hours 36 minutes
RETURN ROUTING
For the return journey, travelers will depart from Juliaca – Inca Manco Cápac Airport (JUL), located approximately one hour from Puno.
We recommend booking the 15:20 hrs (LA2208) from Juliaca to Lima, which offers a comfortable connection to international evening departures to the United States.
Recommended Flight:
Juliaca (JUL) → Lima (LIM)
Departure: 15:20 – Inca Manco Cápac Airport (JUL), Juliaca
Arrival: 17:10 – Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM), Lima
Flight: LA2208 – LATAM Airlines Peru
Duration: 1h 50m
From Lima, travelers can connect to overnight international flights to the United States, as most long-haul departures from Lima operate in the evening, typically between 9:00 PM and midnight.
By taking this recommended flight from Juliaca, the connection time in Lima will be comfortable without requiring a long wait. Additionally, if the flights are booked with LATAM, the entire itinerary will be connected under the same reservation, allowing baggage to be checked through to the final destination.
Information on Domestic Flights in Peru
Domestic flights in Peru average approximately USD $200 per person one way in full economy fare.
This fare category is recommended for a smoother and more comfortable travel experience and typically includes:
One personal item or small backpack
Carry-on baggage up to 12 kg
One checked bag up to 23 kg
Greater flexibility in case of changes or unexpected situations
We recommend LATAM Airlines, the most reliable carrier for domestic travel in Peru. LATAM operates frequent flights.
This high frequency is a major advantage in case of delays or cancellations, allowing for quick rebooking and minimal disruption to travel plans.
