Over eight days, we travel through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the legendary citadel of Machu Picchu, the historic city of Cusco, and the vast waters of Lake Titicaca. Each destination offers its own distinct energy—mountain, stone, water, and sky—creating a powerful landscape for reflection, renewal, and transformation.

Rev. Jessica Gadzia

Rev. Jessica Gadzia is the founder and CEO of Energy4Life Global™, a transformational practice devoted to helping individuals reconnect with their innate life force and return to the path that is most authentically theirs.

For more than a decade, Jessica has worked with clients through a unique synergy of energy-based and somatic practices designed to support clarity, alignment, and deep personal transformation. Her work draws from training in Quantum Field Work, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, multiple Reiki lineages, Eden Energy Medicine, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and reflexology, as well as her years of experience as a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and ordained minister.

Rather than applying a single method, Jessica intuitively weaves these modalities together to create a personalized experience that supports each individual’s natural process of growth and awakening.

Through Energy4Life Global™, Jessica holds spaces that encourage people to reconnect with their own inner intelligence, restore balance within the nervous system, and step into their highest potential.

  • AIRLINES:  LATAM Airlines and Delta Air Lines are partner carriers on this route. We recommend booking with LATAM whenever possible, as they operate more frequent domestic connections within Peru and generally provide faster and more flexible solutions in the event of schedule changes or rebooking needs.

    ARRIVAL ROUTING

    If departing from the Northeast United States, we recommend flying from New York – John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Cusco – Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ) with a connection in Lima – Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM).

    Most flights from the United States depart in the evening and arrive in Lima early in the morning, followed by a connecting flight to Cusco.

    Ideally, please select an itinerary arriving in Cusco before 11:00 AM to ensure smooth ground operations and transfers.

    For the return journey, travelers will depart from Juliaca – Inca Manco Cápac Airport (JUL), located approximately one hour from Puno.

    We recommend booking the 15:20 hrs  (LA2208) from Juliaca to Lima, which offers a comfortable connection to international evening departures to the United States.

    From Lima, travelers can connect to overnight international flights to the United States, as most long-haul departures from Lima operate in the evening, typically between 9:00 PM and midnight.

    By taking this recommended flight from Juliaca, the connection time in Lima will be comfortable without requiring a long wait. Additionally, if the flights are booked with LATAM, the entire itinerary will be connected under the same reservation, allowing baggage to be checked through to the final destination.

     

    Information on Domestic Flights in Peru

    Domestic flights in Peru average approximately USD $200 per person one way in full economy fare.

    This fare category is recommended for a smoother and more comfortable travel experience and typically includes:

    • One personal item or small backpack

    • Carry-on baggage up to 12 kg

    • One checked bag up to 23 kg

    • Greater flexibility in case of changes or unexpected situations

    We recommend LATAM Airlines, the most reliable carrier for domestic travel in Peru. LATAM operates frequent flights.

    This high frequency is a major advantage in case of delays or cancellations, allowing for quick rebooking and minimal disruption to travel plans.

  • Yes. All confirmed participants will receive a Retreat Preparation Guide, including:

Energy4Life Global™ Retreat Terms & Conditions

  • To reserve your place on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $1,111 USD is required at the time of application acceptance.

    Due to the limited group size and the advance reservations required for accommodations, Machu Picchu entrance permits, train tickets, and transportation services, deposits secure your place in the retreat and are not refundable.

    Your space is confirmed once your deposit has been received and your application has been approved.

  • Deposit: $1,111 USD – due at registration

    Second Payment: May 1, 2026

    Final Payment: 80 days prior to retreat start date

    All balances must be paid in full prior to the final deadline in order to participate in the retreat.

    Failure to complete payments by the stated deadlines may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

  • If you need to cancel your participation, the following policies apply:

  • Energy4Life Global™ has partnered with Nature Horizons, an experienced worldwide travel operator, to coordinate accommodations, transportation, and guided excursions throughout the journey.

    International flights to and from Peru are not included, internal domestic flights from Lima to Cusco are not included and must be arranged independently by participants . 

    Recommended flight routing and arrival guidelines will be provided to confirmed participants.

    Participants are responsible for determining whether this experience is appropriate for their personal health and physical condition.

    Participants understand that retreat experiences are intended for personal growth and well-being and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice or treatment.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

    • Any required visas
    • Compliance with health requirements for entry into Peru

  • By participating in this retreat, guests acknowledge that travel and retreat experiences may involve certain risks.
